Volunteer with us

Thank you for visiting our volunteers page.  The success of our events lies with our volunteers, without amazing individuals like yourself we simply could not put this event on.

We have a variety of roles across the weekend from Registration and Bag Drop in our events village to Course marshalling out on our sports events.  If you would like to join us just fill in the form below with your selected roles and any relevant information.

All of our volunteers are entitled to free camping (tents only, for campervans you will need to pay a pitch fee, places are limited so please contact us for the link for payment asap) and Car Parking at nearby Springs Farm, just let us know on your form if you require this. You will also receive a volunteers wristband that will give you access to the Daytime Tent Talks and the evening music.

Those volunteering for more than 8 hours across the weekend will also receive a food voucher (Per Day volunteering) to be redeemed within our festival village on event weekend and a £45 voucher to use towards any purchase on our Keswick Mountain Festival website for 2027.

When completing the form please select the role you would like and you will be allocated to that area at the times provided on the form.  Please do not select two roles at conflicting times or several roles when you prefer to only work one shift. If you wish to volunteer with a friend in the same area then please both sign up to the same position.
